Our organisation
The Citizens Advice network in Scotland is guided by two core aims:
- To ensure that no one suffers due to a lack of knowledge about their rights and responsibilities, or through an inability to communicate their needs effectively.
- To shape and influence social policy and public services at both local and national levels through responsible, evidence-based advocacy.
At Stirling District CAB Ltd, we fully embrace these aims and incorporate them into every aspect of our work.
