Benefit Calculator
We’ve partnered with Policy in Practice to offer this benefit calculator. Through just a few simple steps you can see how much benefit you are eligible for and how much better off you might be in work. You can also see how changes in your household budget can affect your income.

Core Volunteer Led Generalist Advice Service
Telephone/email/web chat/face to face by appointment - advice, information & support Monday to Thursday 10am to 3pm via Bureau. 

Unpaid Carers Project
To provide immediate holistic person centred advice, information and representation to Unpaid Carers & support to colleagues working with unpaid carers and where necessary, refer and support clients to access appropriate advice agencies.

Citizens Library Advice Network
Citizens Library Advice Network provides generic, holistic CAB advice to disadvantaged and rurally isolated people via rural outreach surgeries and rural home visiting.

Forth Valley CAB Addiction Money and Benefits Advice Project
First of its kind, Stirling CAB Addiction Advice project workers provide advice on money, entitlements and help with practical issues to people engaged in treatment or recovery with the Alcohol Drug Partnership across Forth Valley.

Help to Claim
Stirling CAB delivers this service via telephone and web chat support (weekdays 9 am – 5.30 pm) to ensure that citizens secure all of the support they require to successfully make their claim to Universal Credit. This service covers the period from the initial enquiry to the first payment of Universal Credit.

Mental Health Money and Benefits Outreach Project
Specialist outreach Benefits and Money advice service provides advice and ongoing support to vulnerable people experiencing long term mental ill health.

Forth Valley Sensory Advice Service
The Forth Valley CAB Sensory Loss Advice Service (SLAS) is a new and innovative approach that extends & increases our ability to inclusively help people with sensory loss across Forth Valley access advice, information, support & representation in relation to Money, Debt, Benefits, Employment and Housing.

Veterans Housing Advice Service
Our work across Stirling District provides advice and ongoing support to veterans and their dependants who are facing homeless and housing issues.

Tackling Rural Isolation
Stirling CAB in partnership with Start Up Stirling, deliver this initiative of Food/Advice Hubs in Callander, Killin and Bannockburn to help break the cycle of foodbank dependency, by building financial capacity, energy capability and independent living skills within the target community; reducing social isolation, tackling poverty and inequality, reducing social drift, building community cohesion and developing community capacity and resilience.

Redundancy Response Unit
Stirling District Citizens Advice Bureau Ltd delivers immediate debt advice, information and support to address financial vulnerability.

Vulnerable Persons Fuel Poverty Outreach Service
Stirling District Citizens Advice Bureau Ltd is part of national consortia (Western Isles, Caithness & Sutherland & South Aberdeenshire) providing income maximisation, priority services registration & fuel poverty support to vulnerable people living in the SSEN supply areas of Stirling. 

Patient Advice and Support Service
Specialist advice and support to people in Stirling district who are experiencing difficulty with their NHS service. Spotting & referring only.

Money Talk Team
Stirling District Citizens Advice Bureau Ltd delivers the Scottish Governments Money Talk Team service to ensure that vulnerable people secure all of the financial support to which they are reasonable entitled. 

Cost of Living Support
Acts as the main point of contact and mentor for all advice volunteers seeking casework/advice support on Cost-of-Living driven enquiries.
