The client reached out to the energy team for support, as they had an RTS meter and were struggling to get their supplier to install a replacement. The client was understandably anxious, having already had four unsuccessful engineer visits where the meter was not changed.

Due to the client's vulnerabilities, two members of the energy team visited them at home. They confirmed the presence of an RTS meter that needed to be replaced before the upcoming switch-off. The team contacted the client’s energy supplier directly and successfully arranged for a qualified engineer to attend and replace the meter in time. 

The client felt greatly relieved knowing the meter had finally been changed and no longer had to worry about losing their heating.
